1.综合接待及处理市民办事需求，负责在规定时限内完成办理事项； 2.熟悉相关法律法规，熟练掌握相应专业知识及具体业务办理流程； 3.负责对市民申请材料进行初审工作，对申请材料不全的，出具补交材料清单，待申请人补全材料后，再予登记受理，并移交承接办理人员； 4.对不属于受理范围的事项，告知申请人向有关单位申请办理。 5.及时完成本岗位工作任务，每天下班前做好当天业务统计； 6.负责在规定时限内完成资料的整理、数量校对； 7.负责在规定时限内完成综合窗口区域前、后台业务流转、资料流转及交接记录； 8.完成中心交代的其他工作等。



严格依法办事，严格遵守大朗镇政务服务中心的各项规章制度并定期向中心汇报窗口工作和业务办理情况。



本合同服务期为1年，在确定成交人后，自签订合同之日起，成交人必须在1周内开始专项服务。



成交人根据招标的服务内容和需求提供相应的服务。
