货物或服务的说明:一楼机房、三楼及以上楼层因新江新村小区内的配电房到测绘院办公楼的低压进线中有一路电缆短路导致跳闸断电，目前柯桥供电局临时为测绘院从二楼接了一路电线供三楼日常办公使用，需要对测绘院的低压进线电缆进行维修。因原电缆无法取出更换，柯桥供电分局提供的维修方案是从新江新村小区内的配电房到测绘院办公楼重新接入约225米的0.4KV电缆，开挖路面埋入3孔排管185米，砌筑电缆井6只。
