1.招标条件

本招标项目 金城江区刁江长老河化板板庆河段整治工程IV标段（重）已由河池市水利局以〔河水技发〔2021〕6〕号文批复了初步设计， 河池市财政局以〔河财建〔2014〕100 〕号文下达了 金城江区刁江长老河化板板庆河段整治工程IV标段（重）工程投资计划 698.69万元，项目法人为河池市金城江区水利工程站 ，招标人为河池市金城江区水利工程站 ，招标代理机构为 广西熙泰工程项目管理有限公司。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的施工进行公开招标。

2.项目概况与招标范围

工程建设地点：金城江区长老乡 。

建设规模：新建护岸总长为3.027km (其中左岸护岸长1519m,右岸护岸长1508m) ，新建穿堤涵管6处，拆除重建交通桥2座，新建人行桥4座，拆除重建拦水坝5座。 。

计划开工日期为 2021年 11月01日，完工日期为2022年06月30 日，计划工期 242天（日历日）。

投标人须具有水利水电工程施工总承包叁级或叁级以上资质；具有河道或河段整治（治理）施工业绩（新成立一年内公司除外）；具有省级及以上建设行政主管部门颁发的安全生产许可证。在人员、设备、资金等方面具备相应的施工能力

5.投标文件的递交
